Frequently asked questions about industrial construction, infrastructure–superstructure applications, quantity take-off, and site organization.
Which works do you undertake within industrial construction?
Depending on project scope, we execute infrastructure–superstructure works, on-site reinforced concrete works, steel structure installations, industrial site arrangements, and related auxiliary works. Depending on needs, we can proceed with labor-only or turnkey models.
Do you perform site survey and quantity take-off before preparing an offer?
Yes. We clarify the scope through an on-site survey, document quantities/measurements and technical requirements, and ensure the offer is measurable and comparable.
How are the work schedule and site coordination managed?
Site organization is planned through WBS, daily/weekly plans, and a critical path approach. Resource planning, progress tracking, and site coordination are reported regularly; revisions and changes are managed in a controlled manner.
Can you accelerate works under tight deadlines or with shift work?
Yes. Depending on project requirements, we offer shift planning, team scaling, and accelerated mobilization options. Before execution, a clear plan is prepared considering duration, team capacity, and site constraints.
Do you provide HSE and quality documentation?
Yes. Documentation such as Risk Assessment (RA), Method Statement (MoS), work permits, daily site control records, and quality control forms is prepared according to project scope and implemented on site.
How do your progress payment and pricing approach work?
Depending on the contract model, unit quantity-based or man-hour-based pricing can be applied. Progress payment periods, measurement method, and payment plan are clarified at the start to ensure a transparent process.
