  • Execution of recruitment processes
  • Fulfilment of legal obligations
  • Information security, maintenance/improvement, audits
  • Marketing/analytics activities (only with explicit consent)

2) Legal Bases

Pursuant to KVKK Articles 5 and 6: contract formation/performance, legal obligation, legitimate interest, and explicit consent where required.

3) Transfers and Cross-Border Transfers

Data may be transferred to service providers, business/solution partners, group companies and competent authorities. For cross-border transfers, KVKK Art. 9 conditions are met and explicit consent is obtained where necessary.

4) Collection Methods and Scope

Via web forms, e-mail/phone, references, visitor/security logs and cookies; identity/contact, recruitment/CV and technical/transaction data may be collected.

5) Retention Periods

  • Communication/offer records: for statutory and limitation periods
  • Recruitment data: for the duration of the process; up to 2 years with explicit consent
  • Technical logs: for security and business continuity for reasonable periods

At the end of the period, data are deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

6) Cookies

7) Your Rights under KVKK Art. 11

You have the rights to access, rectification, deletion/anonymization, notification to recipients, objection, restriction, and withdrawal of consent.
